After completing his law studies in Germany and Great Britain, Kay Lindemann worked in various positions for the Federation of German Industries (BDI). In 2008, Lindemann joined the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and, as a member of the Executive Board, was responsible for the association’s political work in Berlin and Brussels from 2010. His main areas of expertise included trade and transport policy as well as climate protection policy. Since 2018, he has represented the interests of all Group companies in his capacity as the authorized representative of the Executive Board and Head of Corporate Policy at Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
