You will thus explore how communication can contribute to organizational effectiveness and success from practical, research and history perspectives. Concepts of measurement, evaluation and controlling of communication, international and cross-cultural communication as well as more specific practices (internal communication, crisis communication) will all be part of your program.

The certificate award of this program requires you to successfully complete both the Certified Communication Strategist programme and the Certified Communication Leader programme (see details).

Your Professor

Digitalization, globalization and business with purpose are some of the major trends affecting communication professionals. To successfully challenge these trends, communication practitioners need both new perspectives, and to develop existing skills.
