Uta-Micaela Dürig (born 1964) is Vice-Chairwoman of the
Member of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch Stiftung, Stuttgart. Since September 1, 2017, she has been responsible for the four funding areas of Health and Science,
Society and Education. Furthermore, she is responsible for the project “Education Sub-
Saharan Africa” (ESSA).

Dürig completed a classic training as a daily newspaper editor. She studied part-time at the Institute for Journalism and Communication Sciences at the Free University of Berlin and graduated in 1992. After various positions at daily newspapers, she worked from 1990 as a press spokeswoman in the first government in Berlin and for more than 20 years in leading positions in commercial enterprises, including ABB AG, RWE AG and Robert Bosch GmbH.

Uta-Micaela Dürig is married and the mother of one daughter.
