Frank Heil is currently Head of Organizational Development at Deutsche Telekom Group. Previously, he was responsible for strategic projects in the strategy division of Deutsche Telekom Germany and was Senior Manager at the center for strategic projects of Deutsche Telekom. Prior to that, he worked for Robert Bosch (Central Purchasing), Bearingpoint, KPMG (both as Manager/Senior Consultant) and the German Armed Forces (Officer).
