Up to four weeks before the start of the seminar, we reserve the right to relocate or cancel events in space and / or time. This applies in particular to non-cost-covering number of participants, short-term cancellation of speakers, force majeure or other factually justified reasons that are not directly attributable to us. The change of a speaker can be made at any time from our side and will then be communicated to the participants accordingly.

All seminars can also be booked as an in-house seminar. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested.

A maximum of two employees from one branch may register for the same seminar. This ensures an open exchange between the participants. Registrations of more than two persons per seminar require an agreement with us. (Exception: in the factoring seminars, more than 2 employees from one branch can attend the same seminar).

The reported seminar prices on our websites are net prices (without VAT).

On the last day of the seminar, the speaker hands out a certificate in German and English to the participants.

After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and a separate invoice. At the latest two weeks before the beginning of the seminar, the participants will receive an e-mail with all the important details of the seminar (seminar location, seminar times, lecturer / speaker and special information.) In addition, we ask you in this e-mail about your specific expectations for the seminar.)

Depending on the topic of the seminar, our seminar groups have a number of 4-15 participants. (Exception: at the factoring seminars up to 25 persons are accepted)

We do not organize an evening event for the participants.

The seminar times are communicated to the participants two weeks before the start of the seminar. In addition, these are also listed under the item "Program". As a rule, our seminar times are as follows:

2-day seminar: Day 1 from 10:00 to 18:00, day 2 from 09:00 to 17:00

1-day seminar: 10:00 - 18:00

Certificate Courses: Day 1 from 10:00 to 18:00, day 2, 3, 4 from 09:00 to 18:00, day 5 from 09:00 to 17:00

Note: please note that the seminar times may vary depending on the seminar from the regular times.

Non-binding pre-reservations of seminar places are not possible. In exceptional cases, we can reserve seats if, for example, the release of your purchase is still missing. In these cases, please contact us.

As long as the appointment is bookable on the website, there are still places available. If the seminar is booked out, you have the opportunity to be put on a waiting list for the seminar. For this we need a note by e-mail to seminare@quadriga.eu

Basically, it is always recommended to bring something to write. Should additional materials be needed, for example a laptop, this will be communicated to the participants two weeks before the start of the seminar.

The seminar fee includes the conference package from the seminar location. The conference package includes non-limited conference drinks, two coffee breaks, lunch including a soft drink.

For transfers, we calculate as follows:

Up to 40 days before the start of the seminar - no rebooking fee

Later rebookings - 150, - € change fee

Note: The position of a substitute participant is always free

For complete cancellations we charge as follows:

Up to 56 days before the start of the seminar - no cancellation fees

Up to 28 days before the beginning of the seminar - 50% of the booked services

Later cancellations - 100% of the booked services

You can pay for each seminar by invoice. When booking on our website, you can choose the appropriate payment options. Payment by credit card is also possible

If the seminar hotel is already known, this will also be announced in the booking confirmation to the participants. The booking confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after your booking via our website. In addition, all participants will receive an e-mail with all important information about the seminar at the latest two weeks before the start of the seminar (seminar location, seminar times, speakers and special information).

Basically, we do not reserve any room contingents in the seminar hotel. If we have reserved a room contingent for you, this is noted as a note in the booking confirmation.
